Key Responsibilities:

  1. Prepare and issue accurate customer invoices in accordance with contracts and company policies.
  2. Record all accounts receivable transactions in the accounting system.
  3. Monitor and follow up on outstanding customer balances to ensure timely collection.
  4. Reconcile customer accounts and resolve any billing discrepancies.
  5. Process customer payments (cash, bank transfer, checks, etc.) and update records accordingly.
  6. Collaborate with the sales and customer service teams to resolve client billing or payment issues.
  7. Generate AR aging reports and provide regular updates to management on collection status.
  8. Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities related to accounts receivable.
  9. Maintain organized financial records and support internal or external audits when required.



Key Responsibilities:

  6. Meet individual and team performance targets (call handling time, quality, and customer satisfaction).
  7. Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department or supervisor when necessary.
  8. Participate in ongoing training to enhance product knowledge and communication skills.
  9. Maintain a high level of professionalism and adhere to call center protocols and policies.



Key Responsibilities:


Administrative Support

  1. Manage the Head of Sales’ calendar, appointments, travel arrangements, and correspondence.


  1. Organize and prepare materials for meetings, presentations, and reports.


  1. Handle confidential information with discretion.


Sales Coordination


  1. Support the preparation and tracking of sales plans, forecasts, and performance reports.


  1. Assist in compiling data and insights from CRM systems.


  1. Coordinate with internal teams (Marketing, Finance, Operations) to support sales campaigns and client projects.


Communication & Liaison


  1. Serve as the primary point of contact between the Head of Sales and internal/external stakeholders.


  1. Draft and proofread communications, proposals, and other documents.


  1. Help organize and follow up on team meetings and action items.


Project Management


  1. Assist in the execution and monitoring of key sales initiatives and process improvements.


  1. Track project timelines, deliverables, and performance metrics.


Data & Reporting


  1. Collect and analyze sales data to support decision-making.


  1. Prepare regular dashboards and ad-hoc analytical reports.

About the Role


As a Senior Customer Care Specialist, you will be the heartbeat of our client experience.

You’ll represent UC Developments with professionalism and empathy, ensuring that every client interaction reflects our commitment to quality and trust.


What You’ll Do


* Act as the first point of contact for our clients, handling inquiries and feedback across all communication channels (phone, email, and in person).

* Build genuine, long-term relationships through proactive communication and follow-up.

* Resolve client issues efficiently and professionally, ensuring complete satisfaction.

* Manage the full contract lifecycle — processing, recording, explaining terms, and handling renewals or terminations.

* Prepare daily reports, coordinate resources, and contribute to monthly overseas contract reports.



What We’re Looking For


* Minimum 4 years of customer service experience — preferably in real estate.

* A strong record of client relationship management and service excellence.

* Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.

* High attention to detail and accuracy in managing contracts and databases.

* Proficiency in CRM systems and relevant service tools.

* A collaborative, positive, and proactive approach to work.

* Fluency in English is essential.
